These Terms of Use govern access to our website as well as the purchase and use of the products and services offered through it.
By using our website or making a purchase, you agree to these Terms of Use, subject to the rights granted to you under applicable consumer protection laws.

- stated dimensions and weights may be approximate;
- stones and other natural materials may vary in color, shape, texture, pattern, transparency, or other natural characteristics.
These variations are inherent characteristics of natural materials and do not necessarily mean that the product is defective.
Unless otherwise indicated on the product page, photographs are provided for representative purposes and do not necessarily depict the exact piece that will be shipped.
5. Prices and Taxes
All prices displayed in our store are in Canadian dollars (CAD) unless otherwise indicated.
Applicable taxes are calculated in accordance with applicable laws and are displayed during the checkout process.
Applicable delivery charges, if any, are also displayed before the order is completed.
Prices may be changed for future transactions.
Any price correction or modification remains subject to the rights and obligations provided by applicable laws, including the Québec Consumer Protection Act.
6. Payment
Payment is required at the time the order is placed.
Available payment methods are those displayed during the checkout process.
Payments are processed through the payment services available on our Shopify store.
We cannot guarantee that a payment will be authorized by your financial institution or payment service provider.
When a transaction requires additional verification for security or fraud-prevention purposes, its processing may be temporarily delayed to the extent permitted by law.
7. Product Availability
We make every effort to keep our inventory information up to date.
However, a product may occasionally become unavailable or an inventory error may occur.
In such circumstances, we will contact the customer to inform them and determine the appropriate course of action in accordance with applicable laws.
We may offer a replacement product, but no replacement will be substituted for the product ordered without the customer's consent.
8. Order Verification and Fraud Prevention
We may conduct any verification reasonably necessary when an order shows signs of fraud, potentially unauthorized use of a payment method, or information requiring verification.

- natural disasters;
- exceptional or unforeseeable events.
Nevertheless, we undertake to fulfill our delivery obligations in accordance with applicable laws.
Nothing in these Terms of Use or our Shipping Policy limits any cancellation, refund, or other remedies available to consumers under the Québec Consumer Protection Act or any other applicable law.
10. Returns and Refunds
The conditions applicable to returns and refunds are described in our Return and Refund Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms of Use.
However, this policy does not limit any right or warranty that consumers are entitled to under applicable laws.
Where a right provided by law differs from the terms of our policy, the mandatory provisions of the law prevail.

Products sold by Akashic Essence benefit from the legal warranties provided under applicable laws, including the Québec Consumer Protection Act and the Civil Code of Québec.
These warranties apply automatically when their conditions are met, independently of any additional commercial warranty that may be offered.
Nothing in these Terms of Use, our Return and Refund Policy, or any other Akashic Essence policy is intended to exclude or limit a legal warranty that cannot legally be excluded or limited by contract.
12. Safe Use of Products
Products sold by Akashic Essence must be used for their intended purpose and in accordance with applicable safety instructions.
Candles, incense, palo santo, sage, and any other product that produces a flame, heat, or smoke, or requires combustion, must be used with caution.
In particular, they must be placed on an appropriate surface, kept away from flammable materials, children, and animals, and must never be left unattended while lit.
Any specific instructions provided with a product or indicated on its packaging must also be followed.
13. Information Regarding Stones and Spiritual Traditions
Certain product descriptions or content published by Akashic Essence may provide information regarding the history, symbolism, traditions, beliefs, or properties traditionally attributed to stones, crystals, plants, incense, or other objects.
This information is provided for cultural, historical, traditional, or informational purposes.
Any energetic, spiritual, or symbolic properties mentioned are based on traditions or beliefs and are not presented as scientifically established facts.
The information available on our website does not constitute medical, psychological, or professional advice and is not a substitute for the advice, diagnosis, or treatment of a qualified professional.
Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
